Yet another story of Android malware hits the news streams. The newest trojan to the Android ecosystem is hidden inside a “copycat” Google Play Store app. That is, not an app found on the Play Store, but the Play Store itself. The user opens the app and the Play Store does actually open, misleading the user to believe everything is normal. Meanwhile, a background process gets launched and treachery ensues without the users' knowledge.
